Superior Forge and Steel’s primary product is forged hardened steel rolls for hot and cold rolling of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Work and backup rolls can be furnished up to 1625 mm in diameter with finish weights in excess of 70,000 kilograms. Other products and services available include commercial ingots, specialty forging, heat treatment, and machining.
Quality assurance, from raw material purchases to final machining, is maintained by rigid SPC and SQC programs coupled with formal training of all personnel. Each step of the manufacturing process is verified to document Superior’s ability to meet our internal standards which are more stringent than typical industry standards.
Job Purpose: To facilitate machining and inspection operations by movement of product and equipment as needed.

Previous overhead crane experience preferred, but not required.
Attention to detail
Ability to work at heights and stand for long periods of time
Must be able to bend, lift and twist 60 to 80 lbs
Must be able to pass pre-employment tests
(Physical, drug test and background check)
Must be able to get dirty
Ability to work different shifts (possible overtime)
